Business features are offered through Contact Sales until organization provisioning, team administration and pooled billing are fully enabled.
Business access
A Business workspace requires an approved order or written service agreement. The agreement may define members, pooled operations, support, retention, invoicing and administrative controls.
Administrators and members
The organization is responsible for authorized administrators, member access, lawful file processing and internal policies. Administrators may be able to control workspace content and access.
Confidentiality and security
Each party must protect confidential information using reasonable safeguards. Additional security, data-processing and retention terms may be documented for the organization.
Billing and termination
Fees, taxes, renewal, cancellation, suspension and termination follow the signed order or service agreement. Self-service Business checkout is not active.
