These terms govern use of the AJN BUZZ applications, website, processing APIs and related account services.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account information, protect access to your account and use AJN BUZZ only for lawful purposes. You remain responsible for files, text and instructions you submit.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content you lack authority to process, attempt unauthorized access, evade limits, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, or use the service to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Tools and outputs
Tool results depend on source quality, selected options and third-party formats. Review important outputs before relying on them. AJN BUZZ does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Accounts and subscriptions
Basic, Premium and Business availability, limits and features are shown in the product. Premium access is granted only after server verification. Android purchases distributed through Google Play are subject to applicable Google Play billing rules. Web or desktop checkout may use an approved payment provider.
Availability and changes
Features may be changed, suspended or retired to address security, legal, quality or operational needs. Reasonable efforts are made to preserve paid access and communicate material changes.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or terminated for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk or material breach. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided with reasonable care but without a guarantee that every conversion or output will be error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct, foreseeable loss and does not include indirect or consequential loss.
