Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AJN BUZZ handles account information, selected files, usage records and subscription data.
Information we process
- Account details supplied through Firebase Authentication, such as name, email, profile image and authentication provider.
- Tool selections, usage reservations, favourites, recent tools and saved workspace metadata.
- Files and options you deliberately submit for processing.
- Payment status, plan, amount, currency and transaction identifiers needed to activate and support a subscription. AJN BUZZ does not store card or UPI credentials.
- Technical diagnostics required for security, reliability and crash investigation.
Files and document content
Files are processed only to perform the requested action. PDF passwords and document contents must not be sent to analytics or ordinary application logs. Temporary processing objects are intended to be removed automatically under the configured retention policy.
How information is used
- Deliver tools, synchronize account state and enforce plan limits.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, verify payments and provide support.
- Maintain security, troubleshoot failures and improve reliability.
- Comply with applicable legal, tax, fraud-prevention and payment obligations.
Retention
Account and workspace data is kept while the account is active. Temporary processing files are configured for short retention; optional Premium history may be retained for up to 90 days. Minimal payment records may be retained or pseudonymized where required for accounting, dispute prevention and legal compliance.
Sharing and processors
AJN BUZZ uses service providers such as Google Firebase, Google Cloud and approved payment platforms to operate the service. Information is shared only as needed for those services or when required by law. Personal data is not sold to advertisers.
Your controls
You may export available account data, delete generated results, sign out, or request account deletion from the Profile screen. The public instructions are available at Delete account.
Security and children
Security controls include authenticated backend access, restricted database rules, payment signature verification and least-privilege secret storage. No online service is completely risk-free. AJN BUZZ is not directed to children below the age required to consent to online services in their country.
