Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid AJN BUZZ subscriptions and must be read with the rules of the platform used for purchase.
Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are billed and refunded under Google Play policies and applicable law. Use the purchase history or support options in Google Play for platform-managed requests.
Web and desktop purchases
For Razorpay or another approved web payment provider, contact support with the account email and payment identifier. Refunds may be considered for duplicate charges, verified technical failure to activate access, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or where required by law.
After service use
A completed and correctly activated digital subscription may be non-refundable after material use, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and bank.
